Review: Taking Inventory

In this phase, we take a deep look into what you’ve already got in place including  the back-end systems and touchpoints that create the high-quality experience you are looking to deliver.  

This may include interviewing and understanding your team and the roles they play in your company culture and client interactions. 

We will also review any current company client experience SOPs, as well business automations and softwares delivering your client experience.
